Nic Early

Nic loves acting and has been doing so since very small. He trained at the Hub Theatre School in Cornwall and went on to work with the Plymouth Theatre Royal and their very first Youth Company. He is a founder member of Fourthwall theatre who’s ethos is to take exciting contemporary theatre into communities, with them he’s played some great characters over the last 12 years including Charles Bruno in Strangers on a Train, Aunt Augusta in Travels with my Aunt and recently over 20 parts in the madcap The 39 Steps.
Nic has been on and off the wonderful Sterts stage for the past 15 years, first appearing as Mr Toad in 2002 and recently in the WW1 centenary production of The Accrington Pals. In 2010 he directed the youth production Brother Jacques and has directed a number of plays for the studio. This year, he directed 48 young people in the family production Bugsy Malone. He’s also enjoyed some film work, has done a bit of voice work - as a presenter and ad producer for Liskeard Radio and provided the safety briefing for Lundy Heliport!
Nic founded the Early Energy Centre with Kate in 2016, passionate about bring the performing arts to young people and encouraging them to explore their identity and fulfil their potential.
